These nutritious recipes are quick and easy for the whole family to follow:
1. Generously spread your favorite Luv Maman spread on a piece of Paleo toast, layer the top with cut bananas.

3. Put 1 scoop of your favorite Luv Maman spread on top of 3 scoops vanilla ice cream.
