REFUND/RETURN POLICY

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, kindly contact us and we will direct you on how to return it so that we can make a store credit, exchange it with another product or better still make a full refund to you. We have provided the conditions for our return/refund, please read them.
Returns
Our policy lasts for 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your order was received, TrueHealthHabits,LLC, will not offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with all the tags in place. We will accept returns for items that meet the return criteria set forth below for 14 days from the date of purchase, Exceptions are stated below. TrueHealthHabits,LLC, may deny any return or exchange if it fails to meet our return criteria.
Conditions for Return
To qualify, all returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase, the original manufacturer packaging and the original documentation. Refunds will be made in the same method as payment unless you select to exchange the item or get a store credit in the amount of the refund. When you make a qualifying return, we will credit the full amount, less the original shipping and handling charges, if any, and you will receive your refund in approximately 2-3 weeks. The buyer shall be responsible for the shipping fees is involved in delivering the products.
Returning a product if you change your mind
If you change your mind about a purchase or make an incorrect choice and you notify us within 7 days of delivery, TrueHealthHabits,LLC, will provide you with a full refund for unopened products (provided all the tags are still in place) after the goods are returned to us. The risk of loss or damage to the goods will not be assumed byTrueHealthHabits,LLC, until the item has been received at our warehouse.
Products or Items that will not be accepted
Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or any of its parts is missing.
Any item that is returned 7 days after delivery.
Products that have been personalized or customized
Items or Products that have been used altered or that shows wear or damage.
Once your return is received and inspected, executive order clothing will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the item meets the conditions for return, we will process your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days afterwards.
