The sunflower cinnamon spread has a great mix of flavors, is smooth + creamy, and it tastes really good too!

When I first received this I immediately tasted it, and loved it! The next morning I decided to use it on my toast and I truly believe that everyone should try this. Not only does it taste amazing, but the fact that it is a healthy alternative to Nutella (which my family loves) is also amazing as well. Even my family has found a love for it!

This spread is so delicious, even my 3 year old son loves it. He requests his “chocolate toast” every morning. It makes me feel good to know that I’m giving him something actually nourishing for his little body that he also loves. I like putting it in my coffee also.

I love butter and jam on my toast but I have been looking into healthier options with less sugar that still have a yummy flavor. The cacao goji berry spread provides the richness of butter with a savory and sweet flavor with the cacao and gogi berries. I highly recommend it!

Ghee is a fabulous brain food and the addition of pistachio and cardamom makes this spread unique and exotic! My kids love it on their morning pancake and waffle.
