Welcome to Luv, Maman — Where Real Food Becomes Real Healing
Hello and thank you for visiting!
I’m Dr. Nakisa Nowroozi, founder of Luv, Maman Superfood and creator of Bioenergized Recipes — a collection of nourishing, science-based creations designed to help you experience food as true medicine.
At Luv, Maman, we believe that real food is medicine. Every ingredient, every recipe, and every kitchen ritual is grounded in the idea that when we honor our bodies with nature’s wisdom, we awaken the body’s innate power to heal.
With a background in biochemistry, cell and molecular biology, and years of teaching human anatomy and physiology, I bridge the gap between scientific understanding and everyday nourishment. My kitchen is my laboratory — where research meets intuition, and nourishment meets love.
Like many families, mine faced years of chronic health challenges that modern diets and “superfood” trends failed to resolve. Frustrated by confusing labels and one-size-fits-all formulas, I turned back to real, whole ingredients. Through years of experimentation, I developed bioenergized, gut-friendly recipes that are clean, satisfying, and designed to support true cellular health.
What began as a personal healing journey soon grew into a movement — a community of people inspired to take back control of their well-being, one mindful meal at a time.
Welcome to the Bioenergized Kitchen — Where Food Is Redefined
This isn’t just a cooking blog — it’s a space to explore the science behind food as medicine and learn how to transform your meals into powerful tools for lifelong vitality.
As a cell and molecular biologist, I’ll guide you through the fascinating connection between what you eat and how your body heals. Here’s what you’ll learn:
How to prepare anti-inflammatory recipes that nourish your cells and support mitochondrial health, the energy powerhouse of your body.
How to source the highest-quality ingredients that align with your health goals and values.
How to create a non-toxic, bioenergetic kitchen that enhances both your environment and your meals.
And how to boost nutrient bioavailability, ensuring your body truly absorbs and uses what you eat.
Together, we’ll rediscover food as a form of energy, medicine, and love — one recipe at a time.
With gratitude and heart,
Dr. Nakisa Nowroozi, PhD

“Maman” means “mama” in Farsi — a reminder that at the heart of every recipe is a mother’s love, healing her children through food as medicine.
