Health Benefits of Each Ingredient: I’ll break down the powerful properties of each ingredient we use, so you understand exactly how your food is healing your body.
Where to Source Clean Ingredients: Finding the best, nutrient-dense ingredients is key. I’ll share tips on where to source high-quality, clean ingredients that align with your wellness goals.
These classes will be held online on the first Friday of each month, from 12-1 PM PST. Whether you’re a seasoned cook or just starting out, this class is designed to fit into your busy schedule while providing you with invaluable tools to support your health journey.
