I am Dr. Nakisa Nowroozi, founder of LuvMaman education was born and creator of Bio energized Recipes.
With a doctorate in biochemistry and many years teaching human anatomy and physiology at the college level, I approach food with both scientific precision and deep personal purpose. However, this journey is not just academic; it is maternal. It began with my own family\u2019s health struggles. Despite trying countless superfood recipes, I could not find one that truly delivered: no confusing ingredients, no digestive discomfort, and no compromise on taste. So I started creating my own recipes.
Then, LuvMaman was born from a commitment to simplicity, cellular nourishment, and the healing power of a mother\u2019s love.
